Traceability

You, as a customer, deserve to take an active role in our traceability efforts. Our roasting facility is one of a very few that has implemented an all inclusive tracking approach that follows your purchase from seed to cup.   That means that your bag of coffee is tracked (by the minute) from receipt from each farm or co-op at origin, to our roaster, to our personnel who package each bag, then to your coffee maker.
We take great pride in our unique approach. 

Organics, Rarities and Exotics

We strive to procure, roast and package the most sought after
coffees of the world in very small lots.  We've been sourcing great
coffees for fifteen years now.  If it is unique and meets our quality
standards, we strive to get it to your favorite brewing  device.
